PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY

AndersDesigns Inc, is owned by Carlos Lora who has been building websites for the public and private sectors, entertainment industry and small local businesses for several years.

Mr. Lora has more than fifteen years of experience building online services, including software development, marketing, editorial, and production management. His extensive technical background includes, web programming, consumer ecommerce, portals, Internet user demographics, international ecommerce, database programming, Information Technology, open source and Internet marketing.

In his current role as New Media Development Manager for Moldflow Corporation (Autodesk), Mr. Lora manages, maintains and implements all aspects of the company’s corporate website. Moldflow develops, markets and supports engineering simulation software used to optimize part and mold designs for the plastics injection molding industry.

Mr. Lora was IT and Web Manager for American MSI Corporation (Husky), a leading company in the plastics industry, where he was a key developer of their Industrial Network products.

Mr. Lora holds an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Moorpark College, several Web/IT certifications and has attended California Lutheran University.

Personal Life

Mr. Lora enjoys reading, music, traveling, photography, movies, writing, painting, golf and contributing to the open source movement. He resides in Melbourne, Australia. Married and proud father to an exceptionally smart baby boy.
