This comes from a colleague of mine. I have not used Wii but the idea of using Wii Fit sounds tempting. "I'm up to my 13th day of having Wii Fit and I am back to my starting weight. Of course there are many factors involved in losing weight. I found the activities in the first week did not get my heart rate going fast enough to burn calories. Now that I have unlocked some more advanced levels and new activities I have been able to get my heart rate up more but not high enough to lose serious weight. It is a fun way to do exercise especially when you beat your families records and it's motivated me to do other activities outside of Wii as Wii asks you to record the other activities in your activity log. To lose weight I will continue using Wii Fit in conjunction with activities like swimming and the cross trainer to burn calories. The Wii is definitely a great tool in toning your body with Yoga and Muscles exercises. "Thanks for taking the test!""

Hula Hooping
You should try Super Advanced Hula Hooping, that really gets my heart rate up. It's alot of fun for people to watch too!
