If you've ever worked with Dreamweaver, then you really have a soft spot for the preview button As it works nicely when playing with CSS and PHP

Today, however, Dreamweaver was acting funny. The pages were not displaying correctly, in fact the CSS refence file was not being called, even when I was just previewing in the browser. OK, no biggie, I restarted the computer tried it again. It failed. After a few minutes brainstorming what could possibly be causing this malfunction, it dawn on me , how about you start the program using "run as administrator" and voila, all my problems were fixed, everything was back to normal. There you have it, Vista had an issue accessing the Dreamweaver temp files.
